About Us

TweetCamp is a free-to-attend, participatory “unconference” for both new and experienced users of Twitter.

It aims to bring digital practitioners together face to face in order to:

  • Accelerate conversations that happen via social media channels, such as Twitter
  • Deepen established online networks, and create new connections
  • Inspire fresh thinking, new collaborations, and innovation.

The all day event takes place on October 8th 2011, at: The Learning Village, Bishop Challoner School, 325 Commercial Road, London, E1 0LB. Map

Its unconference format means that, unlike traditional conferences, the attendees determine what subjects are covered and every participant has the ability to contribute to the conversation with equal status.

Tickets will be released on a first come first served basis in several tranches in September. The latest details on ticketing, and the event, can be found at www.tweetcamp.org, and @tweetcamp on Twitter.

The first TweetCamp took place in September 2009, and attracted some of the leading practitioners of ‘social’ and ‘digital’ of the time, most of whom have gone on to develop their thinking in inspirational and leading roles.
